This is a unique vintage 1970's two piece sheer dress with tiers and ruffles! This lovely dress has three tiers on top, and the hem tier is connected to a black slip that is separate from the top dress. The top portion of the dress can be worn as a mini dress, with the last sheer tier hanging down below the knees, or as a maxi dress with the slip.

This master's painting inspired floral print is black with flowers in shades of red, purple and blue. There is a floral pin of the same fabric at the bustline. This dress has spaghetti straps and an elastic waistband and can be worn during the day or accessorized to be a great dress for an evening out!
